Meet the Team

Tom & Suzanne Griffiths - Senior Pastors   Tom & Suzanne moved to Gravesend in 1997 to head up the leadership team at CPC.  Prior to this they served as Youth Pastors at NLCF in Margate, Kent.  Tom became a Christian while at college, and, after spending some time teaching and church planting in Portugal and Zimbabwe, met and married Suzanne.  Their role in the church is that of teachers and visionaries, whilst overseeing the worship and production side of things.  Tom is also the main lecturer at the FaithWorks Bible College, whilst Suzanne leads the ChiX ministry as well as heading up Embrace, our regular women's conference.
Sarah Brindley  Administration Sarah is responsible for church administration, turning the organisational wheels of our family smoothly!	Steve Brindley Digital Media Steve is responsible for digital and video production & graphic design.
Graeme Baldwin CityKids Graeme oversees all the CPC kids work, both within the church, and outside in the schools and local community.	Jackie Lloyd Pastoral Care Jackies main responsibility is managing our pastoral care department, although she also co-ordinates the CPC Resource Centre.
Hayley Evans Administration Assistant Hayley is our newest addition, working mainly in reception, and is often the first person people talk to when they phone the office	Graeme Jackson Youth Graeme is one of our youth workers, and is particularly responsibility for the set-up of Unified.
