Welcome to the ROC Website
Revitalising Our Communities was set up in 2001 to help identify and find ways to positively impact local communities, initially working with the Northcourt and Westcourt estates within Gravesend and working out across Gravesham. We aim to improve the quality of life for all generations in the area.
 Communities are often full of hardworking, families who suffer from low levels of literacy, limited facilities and opportunities for recreation and education. These situations can cause children and young people to grow up with little hope, self worth and with a sense of inevitability regarding their future.
ROC's goal is to bring about change in these kinds of communities by working with local groups at a practical level helping residents turn their communities into those that are respected, where all family members can make a valuable contribution and have opportunities to fulfil their ambitions.
